I'm looking for some advice or lessons learned from those who have ended up in a similar situation. I've lived in the city for 4 years now, and only this year have I realized my employer (outside city) has not been withholding city wage tax (!!!). In the 30 min/year I've spent on taxes prior, filing for Philadelphia has not come up.
