I started at 30mg and felt pretty good. A few little side effects but nothing major. However I didn't notice a difference in my anxiety levels so my doctor bumped me up to 60mg. Early on, the side effects of this medication were difficult to deal with - dry mouth, unbelievable appetite, sweating and sexual dysfunction.
